Yeah, I’m intentionally splitting November and December just because of all the holidays.
The Eleventh Hour (The Chivalrous Welshman #10/F) is all set for release on December 6th! You can preorder ebook and hardcover from your favorite online retailers, and I will make the purchase link on my website available as soon as possible.

Time's up.
All the stalling, all the distractions, all the negotiations, bargaining, and pleas for mercy. Done. There is only one thing left for Julianna, to move in for the kill and fulfill her mission to wipe out those with Authored Books and take her place as the Chosen One.
Rifun, Godwin, and the Miaramila are in no position to stop her. The Akarin are scattered and helpless. Miach and Kayla are vulnerable and alone. Walter is powerless. And Tommen has the juiciest piece of leverage she could possibly ask for.
There are no more schemes. There is only the goal.
There is only the kill.

What plan does Julianna have? Will Tommen be able to stop her? Will Becky be able to remain blissfully ignorant, or is she about to have her whole world shattered? Discover the fate of the Chivalrous Welshman.
And if you haven’t been following the series, guess what? The series is finished! No more FOTUS (fear of the unfinished series)! It is done! Complete! You can now buy the books with confidence, knowing that you will reach the end. If you want to get them in time for Christmas, sooner is better than later. The “guarantee” for hardcover orders has passed, but softcovers are still “guaranteed” until December 6th.
As I have said before, next year is going to see the first books of The Akari-Bearer and The Fifth Horseman. In the meantime, I’ve kind of been doing NaNoWriMo of a different series.
(Good grief, how many more are there?)
Only three, the two I’ve named and the one I’m working on. The one I’m working on, which doesn’t have a title yet, will ultimately be the last to be released and it will see the end of The Timekeeper Chronicles.
(So why are you working on it?)
Because, interestingly enough, it is providing greater context for The Fifth Horseman. TFH follows on the heels of TCW, as far as larger events go (I don’t want to spoil TCW ending, so just go with it). So while there is a flow that is being maintained, it is still a significant narrative shift. On the other hand, this unnamed series is more removed from such events. It still occurs in roughly the same time frame, but is less directly involved to start. There are new characters, new stories, new troubles, and it takes more time to weave it back into TKC as a whole. At the same time, I want to be able to make its entry believable. By working on this mild relation now and getting some bugs worked out, I can avoid having to retcon anything. And, like many things, it’s giving me more ideas of what to include in The Fifth Horseman and how.
But, Bearer of Bad News (The Akari-Bearer #1) is coming out before all of that. Current target release is July.
Gold eyes like Sabelu has are incredibly rare. I went to school with a girl who had gold eyes. They are a very bright variation of brown/amber. Initially, it was intended to make him stand out, marking him as a fluke, with no other real meaning behind it. During the writing of Lone Wolf, however, I decided to make it a tad less phenomenal, although it does play a minor role in upcoming Fifth Horseman.
I have come to hate school, for a variety of reasons. Good thing there are only two weeks left. I’m ready to get into the shop and work on some real stuff.
Barn still isn’t done, but we’ve had a string of horrendous weather that is slowing us down. Metal isn’t difficult, but wet metal and wet ladders can certainly pose something of a hazard. Then our shower decided to wuss out on us, so that’s going to be a few thousand dollars to fix.
Otherwise, little of interest, which is kind of nice.
Happy Thanksgiving, Merry Christmas, Happy New Year
